Some of you may have heard that a volunteer authorized a vet to do over $9,000 of services for an ailing Rescue dog, just by saying "Do what ever you have to do to save him". What a generous thing to do with everyone else's money. I'm not saying the BTC? paid $9,000 to the vet because they didn't, they negotiated it down to about about $4,000. So when you you hear thing like "We need more money", this will help explain things.
